MachIQ Software announces changes to its board of directors
Basel, Switzerland - MachIQ Software Services AG today announced changes in its board composition. After the completion of his term on the company's board of directors (Verwaltungsrat), Mr. Steffen Bersch's has left the board following the company's annual general meeting held on the 24th of June 2022. Mr. Bersch, who is CEO at SSI Schäfer, a machinery company, served on MachIQ's board for a period of 2 years supporting the company's strategy during the period."We are grateful to Mr. Steffen Bersch for supporting the company's growth during the last years. MachIQ's journey would not have been the same without him," said Roy Chikballapur, MachIQ Software's founder and CEO.
"I am happy that I could support the development of MachIQ over recent years. Starting from a small start-up to today the company has made great progress in a promising market," said Steffen Bersch.
