Such P.A.C.E. training earned satisfaction and recognition from Gap Inc., and went completely online in 2020, with 150 and 500 students graduated in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
The training lessons in animated videos comprise of 5 modules, including communication, problem solving and decision making, time and stress management, health and excellence execution. With such knowledge, the employees can perform more professionally at work and lead a better personal life for self-improvement. They become more proactive, cultivate positive thinking, and form a harmonious working environment. Their work efficiency and quality have also significantly improved while some of them are promoted to line leaders.
Notable recognition from Gap Inc.
