Sales Partner in Australia

Halver, 30 July 2013 – ESCHA Bauelemente GmbH has entered into a sales partnership with Micromax Sensors and Automation from Australia. Thus, the German connector- and housing specialist continues to extend its international sales operations and enhances its market position in Down Under, a market whose economy has been steadily growing for more than twenty years and is expected to keep an annual growth of three percent in 2013 and 2014.

“Micromax S&A has been successfully operating on the Australian continent for more than 45 years selling high-grade electronic products and industrial automation solutions from various and reputable manufacturers”, says Ulf Eilhardt, responsible Regional Sales Manager at ESCHA and adds: “We look forward to this cooperation representing a further important step towards expanding our successful and international sales strategy.”

Gary Earp, Product Manager at Micromax S&A is convinced of the sales partnership as well: “The first-class ESCHA products perfectly supplement our existing portfolio. As of now, we can offer our customers in Australia connectors and housings from a technologically leading manufacturer. In addition, ESCHA is strong in the field of custom-made products which we also want to offer in future.”

Micromax S&A currently has 30 employees and disposes of Sales- and Service sites in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth in addition to its headquarters in Sydney. The company is specialized in the sales of up-market electronic components and offers its customers full range of connectivity via sensors up to comprehensive automation solutions.

ESCHA offers its Products and Services through a worldwide distribution network. The company guarantees high availability and constant quality of its products through production sites in Germany and Czech Republic as well as licensed production in the USA und Mexico. Besides, the family-controlled company is going to launch own production in China within the next few months. The recently established production- and sales company in Shanghai allows for a direct access to the growing markets of the region.
