Diagnostics and Telemedicine Center can test the EAEU countries' artificial intelligence systems
The Center can now grant certificates upon examination not just to Russian companies, but to all EAEU organizations, significantly expanding the market of medical equipment manufacturing. Russian scientists got a permission to use their research results in Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Any medical tool must be clinically tested to obtain a state registration. Artificial intelligence systems fall under this category as well as they are being implemented to medical practice.
"We have done extensive work and proved to be a competent research team. Moscow researches works in AI has become a national standard in clinical medicine. The paperwork significantly affects implementation, with doctors not getting speedy assistance in diagnoses and treatment of Russian patients", -said Yuri Vasiliev, Director of the Center.
Within the framework of the national system, the Center of Diagnostics and Telemedicine received permission to conduct clinical trials in 2020.
