Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce to welcome Dubai Advantage Conference to Scotland

Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce ( DACC ) are delighted to be hosting a Government delegation from Dubai over two days. DACC has teamed up with Dubai Investment Development Agency ( Dubai FDI ), The Corporate Group and Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce to organise this high-profile event.

Scottish companies have been invited to attend a full day Dubai Advantage Conference on Monday the 20th of June at Sheraton Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh where over 20 senior representatives from the Dubai Government entities will present business opportunities and offer assistance to set up business and trade with their region.

The Dubai delegation is led by H.E. Fahad Al Gergawi, Chief Executive Officer of the Dubai FDI and Ibrahim Ahli, Director of Investment Promotion and Attraction and includes Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, Dubai Industries & Exports, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) and Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) amongst others.

On Tuesday the 21st of June, the Dubai delegation will make a visit to their twin city Dundee and Al Maktoum College, to meet the leader of Dundee City Council, John Alexander and leaders of Michelin Scotland Innovation Park alongside Culture and University representatives showcasing the prosperous business climate and ambitions of Dundee.
