Fitbee introduces Kathak inspired workouts for the first time in India

As we all know, Kathak is one of the oldest dance form with strong Indian roots. Kathak originated in Hindu temples as a storytelling device for portraying epic tales from Ramayana and Mahabharata. The founder of Fitbee, Prathima Koppolu was an ardent Kathak student till her teens. After a long break to pursue her education at BITS Pilani and Univerty of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, she picked it again with her Guruji, Mrs. Sonia Maharaj.
