SAN FRANCISCO, CA. March. Anna Colibri, Founder at "Colibri Digital Marketing," steps down from her role as CEO to fulfill her life goals and create opportunities for developing leadership.

After two years of rapid change and adjustment, Anna Colibri stepped down from her role as CEO in Colibri Digital Marketing. This decision, Colibri stated, "came as a result of my need to focus on my family, slow down, and make space for the many talented leaders on our team."

The Colibri team resides mainly in Venezuela, a country facing a humanitarian crisis. Because of this, opportunities for young people are rare, and Colibri Digital Marketing's mission is to create opportunities for marginalized leaders.

The company has continuously operated with a very flat hierarchy. The new management consists of Alessandra Illarramendi, CEO, Andreina Villegas, CMO, and Maria Perez, COO. Colibri will continue as 100% owner, founder, and consultant to the business.
