An extensive third-party audit recently validated Open Access BPO's data security procedures' adherence to HIPAA's critical guidelines. These include the restricted use, disclosure, and protection of healthcare data and the immediate notification and response to data breaches.
"As a trusted outsourcing firm, providing secured business solutions has always been at the core of our daily operations," said Open Access BPO President Henry Chang. "Our HIPAA compliance is a testimony to our commitment to strengthening our data security. Our partners and their customers can focus on healthcare, with the knowledge that their sensitive information is protected."
Open Access BPO operates several programs for partners in healthcare and other industries. The multilingual call center also complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and the System and Organization Controls (SOC2) Type II.
