PW 2000 series Laser Plastic Welding System of LASERVALL

Laser welding, also often referred to as through-transmission welding, is a process of bonding plastic using focused laser radiation. This process relies on four main factors: a laser transmissive layer, a laser absorbing layer, plastic material compatibility, and good contact with no gap between the parts.

The PW 2000 series laser plastic welding system of LASERVALL can easily handle complex three-dimensional designs with a great economic advantage, including low TCO (total cost of ownership), short cycle times, and high flexibility. Use of the PW 2000 series significantly reduces engineering and assembly time, delivering higher margins and profits to the users. It comes with a solid-state diode laser, high-precision delivery optics, a clamping mechanism, XYZR-stages, and welding software for ease of use.
