LASERVALL's MLS technology, a highly advanced micro laser jet soldering system, enables faster tact-time, higher accuracy, and flux-free clean soldering that can meet a cleanroom standards class 100. Conventional flux-based laser wire, paste, and ball solder joint processes are facing the bottlenecks in satisfying the more restrictive pitch tolerances, and assembling challenges in optoelectronics and micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) packages. To meet the new micro solder joint process, LASERVALL has successfully developed new MLS solution that is flux-free laser jet solder ball technology to be widely adopted in the industry.
