Press release from: Ungerboeck Systems International GmbH

Karlsruhe, 03/8/2013. Ungerboeck Software recently hosted a Road Show event for sporting venues at Epsom Downs Racecourse. The event called “Event Management for Sporting Venues” provided attendees with information on Ungerboeck’s solution for Stadia and Arenas, but at the same time gave them an overview on what is important when an organization decides to look at implementing an event management software.

During several sessions throughout the day, attendees were able to see how the Jockey Club Racecourses are using Ungerboeck Software to manage their events on race-days and non-race-days. They had the chance to see a demo of Ungerboeck Software and how the system supports a sporting venue with its unique features. At the same time, the event provided enough room for networking and exchanging ideas among attendees and presenters.

The attendees, mostly event and sales managers from racecourses and cricket clubs, were able to participate in a prize draw which will allow the winner to test the Ungerboeck Mobile App for Venues for free for one of their next events.

Ungerboeck is the world leader in end-to-end venue and event management software for conventions, exhibitions, conferences, associations, universities, stadia, arenas and theaters. For most organizations, Ungerboeck software delivers the capabilities of three to five separate software packages at a fraction of the cost including room scheduling and conference registration, CRM, booth sales, booking, CAD floorplans, budgeting, event management, operations, financials and more. Available in 6 languages, Ungerboeck software drives increased revenue and decreases costs for over 35,000 event professionals in 50 countries.

Ungerboeck supports its worldwide client base from its world headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri and regional offices in Karlsruhe, Germany; London, United Kingdom; Lyon, France; Brisbane, Australia; Guangzhou, China; and Hong Kong.
