Soon, however, the owner is working so hard that he doesn’t even have time for his own workout much less time to have a family or even walk the dog.
“There really is a better way and I know it works because I lived through it”. Gordon adds. “I’ve been the person who needed to slow down while maintaining profits and I have been the person who wanted to speed up and generate more income.
