Battenfeld Sverige AB is the new Metzner sales partner for Sweden and Norway

Neu-Ulm, February 5th, 2013. With immediate effect, Battenfeld Sverige AB has been appointed as Metzner‘s official sales partner in Sweden and Norway for rubber and plastics cutting machinery. With this new co-operation, Metzner achieves an extension to its international market positioning in Scandinavia.

The co-operation between Battenfeld Sverige AB and Metzner represents a „win-win“ situation for both companies. For Battenfeld Sverige AB, it offers a logical extension of their own product portfolio. To the range of injection moulding and extrusion machines are now added cutting and processing machinery that is employed to provide optimal final operations in extrusion lines. „The integration of the Metzner products gives us the possibility to approach customers as a complete systems partner,“ said Michael Hiljemark, Sales Manager at Battenfeld Sverige AB. For Metzner, the combination of activities is a further logical widening of their international activities in Sweden and Norway.

Thanks to their many years as a sales and consultancy organisation for injection moulding and extrusion machinery, Battenfeld Sverige AB enjoys an excellent reputation and counts as one of the most important Swedish sales partners for the plastics industry.
