Two new swatch books deliver information about the restructured silverpapers range.

(Bergisch Gladbach, 25.07.2007) From personalised mailings to print on demand – digital printing makes flexible applications possible. Thus, the demand for digital printing technologies is constantly rising. M-real Zanders stays abreast of this trend. Therefore it has restructured the range of its digital printing papers silver digital and silver jet pro, and has also adapted it to further meet the market requirement. Two new swatch books deliver information about the new range.

For digital printing in offset quality, M-real Zanders offers the silver digital range. The woodfree coated paper is available in sheets in matt and gloss and in nine grammages from 100 to 350 gsm. It is designed to be used on all types of HP Indigo sheet-fed digital presses and most four colour laser printing and copying machines. Thanks to its wide range of grammages it provides optimal results for all digital printing needs. A further advantage is the paper’s wide field of applications, ranging from personalised direct mailings, brochures or newsletters to calendars or magazines.

silver jet pro is a range of coated and uncoated papers, designed to produce high-quality images on a wide range of large format colour inkjet printers (LFP). Since the paper allows for optimal ink absorption and adhesion, it provides excellent contrast and brilliant colours. The range consists of five qualities: standard opaque in 80 gsm, matt in 90 gsm, premium matt in 95, 120 and 160 gsm, flash dry gloss in 210 gsm and photo gloss in 200 gsm. The paper’s professional applications include - depending on the surface - CAD drawings, proofs, project plans, packaging prototypes, maps, POS displays, banners, signs, posters and photographic reproduction.

The papers are presented in two revised swatch books, which also give hints on how to handle the papers. The swatch books can be ordered on the website www.silverpapers.com.

A list of merchants and further information can be found on www.silverpapers.com or www.m-real.com.
