Collins Isco a.k.a Isco is The Asante Soundgod

Time reveals all, and indeed, The Asante Soundgod in the music industry has been revealed as Collins Isco (a.k.a Isco).

Born to both Ghanaian parents in Kumasi as Collins Asante, The Kumasi boy’s rise to fame has been quite the extra ordinary one considering he started taking music serious only about 4 years ago. The artist & songwriter specializes in various genres such as Afro pop, Hip-Hop, R&B and Amapiano.

Collins Isco’s unique sound caught universal attention when he released the song “Running Mouths”. With the song still trending on various platforms till date, other notable singles of the Asante Soundgod such as “Find Myself”, “Grinding & Shining” and “Kumasi Boy” have also put Isco on international radar. Growing up in Kumasi and the lifestyle attached to it has been part of Collins Isco’s sounds and image for a while and he’s very proud to represent Ghana in his shows and performances across the globe.

Along with his brother and producer King Jozi who’s also his manager and CEO of DNA House Records & Production, Collins Isco’s work rate has been inspiring to his ever growing fan base known as Isco Nation. Isco’s flow and uniqueness has earned him major openings and festival performances across major cities worldwide and that doesn’t seem to stop any time soon. The Kumasi boy’s latest single is the Afro pop classic titled “The One” which was released on September 24, 2021. With the positive reviews the song has been getting, it’s no wonder why Collins Isco is deemed as the new face of Ghana music.
