It's that time of year again! Time for the original fan based awards dedicated solely to HORROR COMICS. The 2012 ComicMonsters.com Horror Comic Awards are back. Our staff of horror comic experts selected their top picks for 2012, and now it's time for YOU, the fans to vote for the best.
