12-17-2012 07:53 PM CET | Associations & Organizations

Press release from: Language Connect LLP

Leading language translation, localization and multilingual digital marketing agency, Language Connect, has today announced its expansion into the Turkish market. On 3rd December 2012, Language Connect opened a hub office in a central district of Istanbul as part of their international growth strategy.

Turkey’s economy experienced the fastest growth in Europe last year, and has consistently ranked as one of the fastest growing economies in the world since 2002. Turkey’s ideal positioning as the gateway between Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia, combined with its sound macroeconomic strategy, low cost base and recent structural reform give this newly globalized country a competitive edge for international trade.

In a bid to provide global-leading service levels, Language Connect believes that the highly educated, multilingual Turkish workforce will enable them to grow rapidly over the next 12-18 months; on boarding IT technicians and developers, online marketers and project management staff, to name a few.

Managing Director, Ben Taylor, comments:

“As the global economic landscape looks increasingly Eastward, Istanbul with its tech-savvy, multicultural population looks set to re-emerge as a major trade hub in the 21st Century.

"Our new office in Istanbul will further enhance our market-leading response and turnaround times as well as give us access to a highly skilled pool of talent. We are confident that this move will strengthen the business significantly in 2013 and beyond.”

Language Connect is a global language services agency specialising in professional language solutions for both the public and private sectors. Working with a network of over 5,000 linguists covering in excess of 150 languages, our international positioning enables us to address local language, cultural and technical needs on a global scale.

With offices based in London, New York, Munich, Melbourne and Istanbul, Language Connect is best placed to provide a fast, on-demand service regardless of your time zone.
