Press release from: Lucernex Technologies

Dallas, TX (November 26, 2012) – Lucernex Technologies announced today that Shari’s Management Corporation, operator of Shari’s Restaurants, has selected Lucernex’s cloud-delivered Lx Contracts solution to manage its portfolio of 100 restaurant locations in six U.S. states. Lx Contracts will replace a homegrown lease administration system.

“We selected Lx Contracts over several competitors due to its superior technology, fast performance and easy navigation”, said Ray Damron, Chief Financial Officer at Shari’s. “The executive dashboard will allow us to see our entire portfolio in one place”.

Lx Contracts, the lease administration and rent accounting module of Lx Retail, will assist Shari’s in getting ready for the upcoming changes in the FASB 13 rules while ensuring they do not miss any critical dates.

“We are very happy to have Shari’s as a client“, said Mike Nuzum, CEO of Lucernex. “Many restaurateurs like Shari’s trust Lx Retail to manage their entire portfolio through the lifecycle.”

Lx Retail is the market leading cloud-delivered Store Lifecycle Management solution for retailers and the Lx Contracts module of Lx Retail has been adopted by more retail companies over the past twelve months than all competitive products combined.
