Paragon at Old Town Wins Best in America Living Awards

ima’s project Paragon at Old Town in Monrovia, California recently won the Best in American Living Awards (Multifamily Gold award and Community Silver award) from the National Association of Home Builders. In a release from Urban Housing Group, the builder/developer says, “The Best in American Living Awards (BALA) is the nation's premier award program continually redefining design excellence for the entire residential building industry. It spotlights the most creative and innovative builders, remodelers, architects, developers, land planners and interior designers in the nation. Every year, the awards program, sponsored by NAHB Design Committee, recognizes good design in single-family and multifamily homes of all types and sizes, communities, interior design, remodeling and rental developments.”

Paragon at Monrovia contains 163 apartments with various community amenities and a convenient location in the center of the historic Old Town District of Monrovia on Myrtle Avenue. The community offers common area amenities including a pool and spa, fitness center and clubhouse, seven landscaped courtyards and has established Paragon as one of the area’s most successful rental living locations. Paragon is just one urban infill site that ima has completed. Partnered with IBI, ima will be continuing TOD projects along the Goldline extension, including streetscapes and community access to rail.
