Experienced Willy Fabritius Joins SGS

With over a quarter of a century of experience in IT, information security and international standards, Willy Fabritius has joined world-leading testing, inspection and certification company SGS.

Willy accepted the role of Global Head of Strategy and Business Development, Information Security Assurance this summer.

Willy, who has an MSc in Computer Science/Technology, has held various management positions at private sector organizations for 25 years.

As a qualified Lead Auditor for numerous standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, CSA STAR, ISO/IEC 27701 and ISO 22301, Willy has performed thousands of audits for various organizations, including many Fortune 500 companies.

Willy has provided leadership and expertise in management system implementation and certification to international standards, and has spoken at myriad global conferences, covering information security, privacy and business continuity, among other topics.
