Wisconsinmade.com Supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month with

Wisconsinmade.com, an online food and gift store, is donating 10 percent of Internet sales from October 11, 2012 to October 31, 2012 to support the fight against breast cancer during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. The donation will be shared between two organizations: the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Coalition and Breast Cancer Recovery. “This is Wisconsinmade.com 's 12th year of donating a portion of sales during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I'm proud to offer shoppers an easy way to support breast cancer research, advocacy, and recovery," said Linda Remeschatis, Wisconsinmade.com owner and breast cancer survivor.

About the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Coalition:
The Wisconsin Breast Cancer Coalition brings Wisconsin voices together to stand up and speak out about breast cancer through education, collaboration, and legislation. The statewide organization is recognized as the premier resource on breast cancer policy issues. Since it was founded in 1994, the WBCC has initiated programs meant to reach the people of Wisconsin directly, partnered with other organizations to affect changes in policy that have significantly increased funding for research on both the state and national level, and worked to improve access to quality care and treatment for all people.

About Breast Cancer Recovery:
Founded by Ann Haney, Breast Cancer Recovery provides environments for women to heal emotionally from breast cancer. Through its flagship program, Infinite Boundaries, Breast Cancer Recovery offers four-day wellness retreats for women diagnosed with breast cancer. Breast Cancer Recovery also sponsors awareness and educational programs, including the annual Sharing the Knowledge conference. The conference is designed for breast cancer survivors, caregivers, and oncology professionals.
