Techno Brain develops a Criminal Tracking System for Malawi Police Service

Lilongwe, Malawi, September 2012: Techno Brain, Africa’s leading IT Solutions and IT Training provider, has implemented an Criminal Tracking System at Malawi Police Service headquarters in Lilongwe.

Through the Criminal Tracking Solution, fingerprints and demographic data of criminals are stored in a centralized database thereby greatly boosting the Police Service justice delivery process. This will subsequently reduce the average time to search, match and verify fingerprint, of the accused within high volume of database and concentrate on speedy investigation.

According to Techno Brain, better tracking and detection techniques offered by the system will reduce the rate of errors caused by manual entry of information into records.
