Brazil/Europe: An app that installs a security central on your smartphone for real-time alarms. You as a user can invite your dearest people to join your trusted-network (max. 12 persons) who will receive your alert when you are pushing the panic-button on your smartphone. Your friends will see with the alarm your position on a geographical map, the kind of alert you started and they will follow the history and see who joined the occurrence with logging to your alert (Police, friends near your position, etc.). Silent alarm, sending photos, chat with the trusted network etc. is supported by the platform during each occurrence.

Control of ‚privacy‘ has priority. Like in eCall, a project set up by the EU-commission for car safety where automatic alarms are given by sensors in the car when a crash happens, agentto will transfer the actual position of the person only when the alarm is given. This gets also the approval of data Ombudsmen. A permanent tracking and tracing by police or rescue-centers does not happen.

You can use the agentto app today in a first English version with your trusted-network worldwide on your smart-phone when it has internet access. At www.agentto.me you invite your family members, best friends or colleagues to your trusted-network in order to help in possible emergency situations. The principle of ‘citizen helps citizen’ that is behind it is recognized by specialists for prevention and public safety worldwide. „With this platform we are getting a big step ahead, closer to supporting the civil society with new technology “, says Sergio Paim, founder and CEO of Invit, the company that got the order for developing Agentto in Brazil.
For the FIFA soccer world championship 2014 the system will be rolled out in all stadiums and towns in Brazil where the matches will take place. There the visitors will be able to add police- or private security-companies to their trusted-network for the limited period that they are within the stadium or area where Brazilian police can help (downtown, roads outside agglomerations).

If for example you will step into the soccer-stadium you will receive the following offer: ‚Would you like to trust the Arena-Security? ‘; You can accept or reject the offer. In case of an alarm a “Yes” would mean that also the Arena-Security will know of your alert and be able to provide help.
The Arena-Security has registered before on Agentto.us (for community service providers) or Agentto.biz (for private commercial service providers) and they have specified their services as well as the radius of their offer. The geographical radius describes the area (called proximity) within which the service provider will offer its services via the agentto-platform on the Smartphone. Alarms outside the relevant proximity will go only to the trusted-network of the user. And vice versa the user will receive only offers from companies and public-service-providers who offer them within the proximity where he actually is standing.

Each alarm generates a specific URL (www.ag2.us/xxx) and an access code which people outside of agentto, who are not registered on the agentto-platform, can follow up the occurrence on any internet browser.

Event without being registered with its services all alarm centers like police, stadium security, fire fighters etc.- that could have registered on agentto platform, but who did not yet – are already today able to assist any alarm via this access-URL and -Code. So it is also possible to provide help worldwide today, in Europe, North-America, Asia, wherever you have internet access.

The content of the app is customizable via the platform https://agentto.com/Developers.aspx . That is done by Integration-Partners of Agentto. These can be companies who provide today IT solutions for e.g. alarm-, control- and dispatch-centers etc. They develop and integrate their solutions with the agentto-platform in order to tie in users via smartphone and agentto app.

Agentto is committed through their ‚social responsibility policy‘ to support public service providers to perform services for public security free of charge: That means public providers get access to the platform free of charge. Also in Europe.
