WebInsure Exchange Manager is the essential link for health insurance providers planning to participate in the state health exchanges established by the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA). • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manager: In response to federally-mandated minimum wait times for enrollment application processing, WebInsure Exchange Manager adds capabilities for managing SLAs. The capability will help ensure that the provider has the resources, including bandwidth and processing capacity, to maintain customer service standards.
