Think Systems Inc. Builds Its Strategic Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Lauren Elphick Kistner as Director of Strategic Hiring

Think Systems Inc., a national management consulting firm that focuses on medium and large mid-market companies that need help with organizational solutions and strategic hiring, announced today that it has hired talent acquisition and business development expert Lauren Elphick Kistner as Director of Strategic Hiring.

Kistner will be responsible for overseeing Think’s Strategic Hiring division, which specializes in recruiting and hiring technology professionals and executives across a variety of roles and industries.

“Lauren brings to Think an outstanding track record of finding talent as a senior recruiter and business development executive,” said Bryan Wolbert, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, who created the company’s Strategic Hiring division. “She offers strong connections in government agencies, such as the Department of Defense and the intelligence community, which is an area that can benefit from Think’s expertise.”

Kistner previously worked as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Employee Retention at a government contracting firm, where she managed recruiting and employee retention efforts while overseeing a full-cycle recruitment desk. Prior to that she was Managing Partner, Business Development and Recruitment Consultant at C2 Research Group. She also worked at G1440 as the Manager of IT Staffing & Consulting, and at MRI Global Search as an executive recruiter.

Kistner is a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University where she receive a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences Business Services.
