Rodgau, August 15th, 2012 - Safety's carbide cutting tools ensure versatility, reliability and ease of use in milling, turning and drilling a variety of materials. Moreover, with its targeted insert program, the company always provides the appropriate combination of grades and geometries. Thus, daily machining processes can be easily optimized.Safety's tools are designed for a wide range of applications. They make manufacturing processes more flexible and streamline the tool inventory. In production, this responsible approach simplifies machining work and increases efficiency and productivity.
Constant competition forces manufacturing companies to save time and money, to reduce their spending and to manage existing budgets rationally. This applies in times of slump and boom alike. For only thus can they prevail on the market and form reserves.
With its high-quality and powerful tools, Safety contributes to keeping manufacturing costs low. In product development Safety already pays attention to flexible applicability of the tools. This is an important prerequisite for reducing inventories and thus also lowering purchase costs. Precisely this corporate strategy, for example, is behind Safety's new product "Box6 UT25".

Caption: The UT25 grade offers everything needed for reliable processing of conventional materials (various steel alloys, stainless steel, cast iron). The universal applicability reduces the number of inserts to be kept in store. Depending on the geometry of the insert, the "Box6 UT25" replaces one or two conventional packs of ten. One insert type thus does, thanks to its versatility, the work of five others, reducing storage and procurement costs.
