People are looking towards a brighter future, thanks to "Pheeta" for its handmade Indian clothes. It's a place where people come up together to create something better out of our locally available materials and give birth to exquisitely designed clothes.

Born in January, "Pheeta" aims to make their customers fall in love with themselves. A brand making ethnic clothes, their suit sets range from block prints, to bagru, bandhej, naturally dyed clothes, printed dupattas in organza, printed dupatta with plain kurtas, to everything woven delicately by hand.
The inclusivity, variety in printed suit sets, the colors and texture, all packed in one piece of clothing is a gift for their customers. Started in January, the brand has witnessed great success within this short journey and proves that they are here to stay.
Although handmade from 100% organic colors, the clothes are still very affordable and durable along with great quality.

"We make 50 hand painted products, 80 Bandhej products, more than 100 pieces in hand block print everyday and growing. Brand started with one artisans of each category but today we have 5 painting artists, 15 Bandhej artists and 10 block print artists, working by hand. We are actively looking for more artists to join us. Every piece we create sells equally and we're immensely grateful for it", says Dheeraj Khatri, founder of Pheeta.

There is a big market with demand for handmade clothes and innumerable artisans who are losing their art/craft due to machine made clothes which hasn't been taken into consideration. However, the last few months made people second guess their actions and choices towards everything. With the dreams of making a change, making people aware about the consequences of mass produced clothes and providing a helping hand to hidden talents of our artisans, Pheeta has changed the lives of people everywhere. Instead of rushing towards other options that will help them make fast money, they chose a slow method which allows them to provide livelihood to people in desperate need as well as raise the standards of Indian clothes and art.

The art of hand painted and printed textiles was given a stable future by "Pheeta". The artisans and workers not only enjoy working here, but they also love to come back every day. They are provided with equal and regular paychecks, paid holidays and work in a safe and friendly environment.

"I don't have a fashion degree but we have a background in the textile industry for more than 15 years. I was pursuing my masters degree from abroad where I was on a high scholarship and I dropped out because I wanted to pursue this career and take this opportunity and make something big out of it. I would recommend that people of India bring the ancient talent and skills of the nation back to life. It has been on the verge of extinguishing thanks to modernization, and not many people are aware and the coming generation has no idea about it. India is densely populated and people should focus on making handmade products and buying them as well," says Dheeraj Khatri.

This joint venture by a father-son duo is on its way to great achievements who are driven by passion and want to work for the society.
They are planning to launch their store in Jaipur soon, along with branches all over the country. Currently with 8000+ followers on Instagram alone, they are working regularly to step up their social media presence as well.
