Knexus' Content Widget gives brands the ability to engage customers using rich content (for example video & images) anywhere online. Brands can maximize performance by adding targeted social interactions and customizable calls-to-action to their content, increasing marketing ROI. Marketers control all of their Content Widgets from a central Engagement Console, making it easier to track and optimize customer engagement.

The ‘Dakar’ version of Content Widget features an all-new Engagement Console which makes the process of managing content, engagement, tracking & optimization simpler. It’s now easier to create syndication groups, which help marketers to quickly target customers across defined sets of destinations.

In the latest version of Content Widget, engaging customers everywhere online has become an easier and more complete experience. For example, marketers can upload different types of content in bulk using an intuitive drag-and-drop feature.

Marketers have extensive customization capabilities when deploying Content Widget, including the ability to tailor branding and modify icons. This means that as well as being able to send Content Widgets anywhere across the web, brands can instantly design them to fit with audience, product, or site objectives.

Conversations that occur around content sitting in Widgets can, in the 'Dakar' version, be more easily moderated from the Engagement Console, thanks to the new option of administrator-defined spam words. Marketers specify words they wish to block or flag, and comments containing those words will be barred from appearing around their content, all across the web. This helps to manage brand risk whilst encouraging customer engagement.
