The James Byron rating system is based on the 100-point quality system that has been successfully implemented by American wine critics for decades.
 Only meat from breeders and producers whose rating in our system is above 80 James Byron points is considered. James Byron guarantees an independent and non-promotional evaluation of the tested meat with his name.
James Byron tastings focus on meat from predominantly South America, USA, Great Britain, Continental Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
