Ident Technology Gera GmbH - A ceremonial inauguration of the production of RFID transponders

ITG Managing Directors Ramin Hassan (center) and Dr. Klaus Nitsche (right) after the successful operation of the machinery, together with Production Manager Dieter Beck
ITG was founded as a manufacturer of both, specific niche products, as well as high quantities of customary tickets, tags and labels. With that, and together with GiS Gera.ident-Systeme GmbH, the East-Thuringian city bares witness to yet another RFID organization in the region.
The organization takes its first steps now in entering the market as manufacturer of typical HF and UHF labels for logistic processes and of smart tickets for events and transportation, as well as for other applications.
That is why, apart from the professional production personnel, a highly-skilled team of employees is standing by for assistance and related services.
ITG Ident Technology Gera GmbH consists of highly experienced and highly motivated employees. The organization is entirely committed to the RFID technology, emphasising primarily on the manufacturing and development of transponders.
ITG is founded as a manufacturer of a number of customized and specialized products, as well as of the more conventional range of tickets, tags and labels. This philosophy demands comprehensive and diverse machinery that makes it possible to better serve the clients. The company exerts significant influence on the enhancements of its machinery meaning the development and technical preparation of certain components and assembly groups.

Those succeeding have the right mind-set: using new ways to organise effort, thinking and value, to produce independent self-managing staff, commitment, growth and agility.
The author, Donal Carroll, worked with five organizations to…
