The Gratitude Kit was conceived by Valerie Elster, a Reiki Master-Teacher and Akashic Field TherapySM Practitioner. “I was inspired to create The Gratitude Kit shortly after watching The Secret DVD as an easy way for my clients and others to practice giving and receiving daily Gratitude,” says Valerie. “So many people have connected to the powerful messages in the movie, but daily practice can sometimes be challenging.”
