Webinar series on integration, standards and efficiency

Berlin, June 06th 2012 – The ONTRAM team launches a series of educational webinars on key trends in localization management. The series webinars takes place in June and July and covers the topics of integration, standards and efficiency.

In the first webinar, Sven Christian Andrä, industry pundit and founder of ONTRAM and the Interoperability Now! initiative, will showcase how interfaces and linked data pave the way for increased efficiency in enterprise translation.

In the second webinar, Prof. Dr. Jörg Schütz (bioloom group) and Oliver Collmann from Andrä AG will dive into industry standards, their benefits and shortcomings. XLIFF, TBX, J2450 and many other standards have been around for quite a while. The focus in this webinar will be on emerging new standards like TIPP and new industry requirements that will help new standards to unfold.

The webinar will take place on June 27th, from 5:00 - 6:00 pm CET | 8:00 am - 9:00 am PST

The third educational webinar will be about global product marketing in the position of a relatively small niche vendor. Annette Springer from metabo, a global leader for professional power tools, showcases how they turned the tiresome, manual process of localization and in-country review for catalogues, brochures, and websites into a fast, integrated and automated tool driven, processes.
The webinar will take place beginning of July and will be announced in detail separately. The webinar language will be German.
