Inaugural „EuRA Award for Exceptional Services to Relocation” Given to Helmut Berg

Stockholm/ Frankfurt, May 2012. At the annual EuRA conference – held this year in Stockholm - the European Relocation Association EuRA for the very first time honoured an individual for exceptional contribution made to the industry.

As the inaugural recipient of the „EuRA Award for Exceptional Services to Relocation“ the council selected Helmut Berg, Managing Director of RSB Deutschland GmbH.

Helmut Berg, so the reasoning of the EuRA council, works tirelessly to promoting the relocation industry, quality and pushing forward recognition of the industry's unique service portfolios across the world. His professionalism, dedication to his staff team, his contribution to the EuRA association and his kindness, wise advice and calm demeanour have made him one of the most respected people in mobility today

„Helmut and his team have redefined the concept of destination services and where the benchmark of excellence sits. As a true statesman of our industry it was a great pleasure for me to represent the EuRA Council in presenting him with the inaugural Award for Exceptional Services to Relocation”, said Tad Zurlinden, CEO of EuRA.

For Helmut Berg the award came entirely as a surprise, as the idea of the award itself was kept secret until the inaugural occasion at the Gala Dinner at the conference.
„Not only was I surprised, I was touched and thankful at the same time. My 25th anniversary of working in our industry took place on May 18th this year, this award is a perfect fit to it“, said Helmut Berg.
