San Jose, Calif., December 24, 2020: CBNITS, an IT services provider and specialized in offshore and outsourced product development continues to think about its employees as it brings Christmas cheer by collaborating with its team of 200+ employees for a Jingle Bells video campaign. Resources majorly based out of the Indian Development center hummed Jingle Bells and sent across cheer across miles to send Christmas greetings around the world.
The pandemic led the firm to enforce work from home arrangements from March 2020 to ensure the safety of its employees. While operations transitioned remotely, CBNITS has constantly made its efforts to keep its employees motivated during such challenging times. The employees came together by recording videos innovatively and spreading smiles for the campaign.
