A Canadian company is making home-grown mushrooms into a gourmet food lover's dream.

Nature Lion is pleased to announce the launch of online sales for their Black Oyster Mushroom Farms. The all organic mushroom grow kits are available for sale on the company's website, and at select retailers in Canada. Over the course of the next few months the company plans to deliver additional varieties such as; Lions Mane and Grey Oyster mushroom grow kits.

The launch of online sales comes shortly after the completion of a fully funded Kickstarter campaign. The project goal was exceeded and 114% funding was realized. The company delivered on it's promise soon after and began to send out 160 kits to Kickstarter backers all over Canada in Oct/Nov of 2020.

As an added bonus the company is donating one mushroom grow kit for every two kits purchased through the website. The donations will be made to Canadian Food Banks so they can be given to people who wouldn't be able to afford one otherwise.

"We are giving back to the community because we want those who can't afford to buy our products to have a chance at experiencing mushroom growing first-hand. If we can spark the interest of a child, or anyone for that matter then we consider that a win!" says Andrew Langevin the CEO of the company.
