Red Hot Cloud Services Brokerage, eBuilder, Named “Cool

eBuilder, leading supplier of Cloud Processes for value networks, has been named “Cool Vendor” in the Cool Vendors in Cloud Services Brokerages, 20121 report by Gartner, Inc.

eBuilder is a leading provider of multiple business processes as a service (BPaaS) for: travel and expense management, order and fulfillment, procurement, and after-sales (reverse logistics) service, among others.

eBuilder’s CEO, Bengt Wallentin says, “We are delighted to be profiled in the Cool Vendors in Cloud Services Brokerages, 2012 report. This honor will further motivate us to provide our customers with the automated, integrated, and optimized business processes that enable them to reach new levels of control, visibility, and cost effectiveness in their value networks of collaborating partners”.

BPaaS is any business process delivered via the cloud to provide value to end customers. With BPaaS, one business process can be used autonomously by many customers. BPaaS entails automated, scalable delivery, pay-as-you-go access, and process-on-demand. The BPaaS provider is responsible for all business functions related to the business process, and this is where eBuilder excels.

eBuilder’s solutions are unique in their ability to integrate and flexibly configure multiple cloud services to suit individual customer’s needs, thus strengthening their performance far beyond that of the individual services. This delivers flexibility; customers are not chained to standardized business processes.
This integration is not limited to cloud services, however. Basically any software can be integrated into the processes. For example, eBuilder’s solutions integrate all collaborating supply chain partners together with their various ERP systems; and they merge third-party services into customers’ business processes, for example, third-party logistics are integrated into an order fulfillment or an after sales solution.

eBuilder’s rule-based logic orchestrates the operation of the whole process and provides full visibility across all participating partners and systems. This enables customers to monitor, among other things, key performance indicators and to detect process exceptions that need to be handled outside the automated flow. eBuilder provides customers with superb process agility, which enables companies to reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and boost their ability to innovate.
