ForAccess.com Members Support Doctors Without Borders Efforts

SAN ANTONIO, TX— Regardless of the statistics we read or the graphic images the television brings into our living rooms, most of us do not truly grasp the significant pain and poverty that exists in this world. Those that do often times find it so overwhelming that they don’t think small efforts on their part could possibly make a difference. ForAccess.com believes every action, no matter how small, makes a difference.

For over 30 years, hundreds of selfless individuals have willingly immersed themselves in special projects to help others suffering in hopes that they can ease the pain. Once such notable group are the volunteers with the independent international medical humanitarian organization, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). This is an organization that delivers emergency aid to people worldwide who have been affected by armed conflict, epidemics, famine, natural or man-made disasters, or who have no health care.

“The Doctors Without Borders organization is a shining example of what can happen when professionals and other individuals willingly make their skills, services and monies available to those less fortunate,” said Jeanne Fuller of ForAccess.com. “They show all of us that each of us is destined to make a difference in this world. These volunteers sacrifice to make certain they are making a difference to those most unable to obtain it elsewhere. We strongly support this organization and its mission, and we are encouraging others to support its cause, as well.” Fuller continued.

ForAccess.com is a consumer advocacy group who provides free access to information for those who are in crisis, or everyday resources, for who need to know about different licensed professionals. “Even though we do not make a difference to the degree Doctors Without Borders does in its humanitarian efforts, we try to make a difference by providing links to many licensure boards so that consumers can protect themselves from unethical people proporting to be licensed professionals.” said Fuller.

The ForAccess site allows people to verify a professional’s license, at no charge, and confidentially without leaving name, email or identifying information, in order to try to help them find professionals that would best meet their personal or family needs.
ForAccess is encouraging licensed professionals across the U.S. to become involved in the mission of Doctors Without Borders by donating $1.00 of each new ForAccess.com registration to the MSF organization. “This is a way for our company and members to have a small part in helping a group who are meeting a desperate need in our world”, said Fuller.

By becoming a member of ForAccess.com, licensed professionals are able to share information about their professional skills, background and credentials. By donating part of their registration to Doctors Without Borders organization, they are further demonstrating their desire to make a positive difference in others lives.

ForAccess.com is a woman-owned web site supported by professionals for the purpose of sharing information with consumers for a more informed decision prior to purchasing or hiring services. Our mission statement is to make a positive difference in people’s lives. ForAccess.com also connects professionals with affiliate partners who offer discounted services.
