TMHE Earns Universum Award for Excellence in Employer Branding
Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) is awarded by Universum for offering diversified international career opportunities.Selected from amongst fellow nominees Danske Bank, PostNord and Finansinspektionen, Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) was awarded ‘Employer Branding Company of the Year’ on 13th March at the Universum Awards 2012 in Stockholm. Having begun collaboration with Universum in order to strengthen its employment strategy, TMHE is now being recognised for its excellent efforts in employer branding, such as the Toyota Way philosophy. Universum interviewed TMHE employees from various departments and backgrounds and presented them in media channels, including Dagens Industri, Campus and Svenska Dagbladet.
TMHE has launched this project and quickly achieved very strong results. TMHE selected the right employees for the interview and succeeded in showing the variety of opportunities for young people in the company. The company has also highlighted in an exciting way its international opportunities and the importance of hiring female engineers. (Source: Universum)
