New Data Sharing Software Makes Working Together Easier, More

Antioch, TN (May 31, 2007) - Antioch Software announces the release of Virtual Documents, innovative data sharing software designed to improve team collaboration and data security.

Virtual Documents easily integrates into any .NET application, allowing all members of the team to store their communal project data in one central location so they can more efficiently share, edit and organize files in real time.

Virtual Documents software is fully localizable. It can accommodate and display all the most common scripts, languages and formats such as: documents, emails, PDF files, spreadsheets, images, presentations and more. The intuitive and familiar folder/file structure of the interface makes Virtual Documents one of the easiest document sharing programs to learn and use.

Virtual Documents addresses growing concerns over data security, both inside and outside the company. A project coordinator has control over which team members get read-write and read-only access, so documents can be amended by designated individuals only.

In addition, 256-bit encryption ensures that only those with authorization can access Virtual Documents data. So in case of theft, sensitive data won't fall into the wrong hands. In case of a server crash, the regularly backed-up files are easily recovered and reinstalled so work can continue quickly without data loss.

Companies enjoy an added sense of control over critical information because Virtual Documents runs on their in-house system and not online. And unlike many other data sharing programs that carry steep monthly fees, Virtual Documents has a one-time-only cost.

Virtual Documents Professional (unlimited users and documents) is now available at www.antiochsoftware.com for $69.95 USD.
