QuEST Global Engineering appoints Tom Brown as Sr. Vice

Singapore, March, 01 2012: QuEST Global Engineering, a leading pure play engineering services provider with headquarters in Singapore, today announced the appointment of Tom Brown as Sr. Vice President Human Resources of the company. Tom joins QuEST Global after 4 years with Rolls Royce London, where he held the position of Group HR Director. He has led various transformation programs in both high growth and turnaround environments in his career spanning industrial, B2B service, consumer, mining and energy sectors. Based out of the corporate headquarters in Singapore, Tom will work closely with the CEO and help position QuEST’s HR functions to play their role in maximizing business performance respectively.

Welcoming Tom into the QuEST family Ajit Prabhu, CEO, QuEST Global Engineering said, “Tom’s appointment comes at a time when we are rapidly expanding our global engineering foot print.  We plan to recruit over 1300 engineers this year and Tom joins us with a wealth of experience in managing global HR functions for high-technology companies. Mr. Brown’s career spans various leadership roles across Europe the USA, Australia and Africa. He has worked with well known global brands such as BHP Billiton, Allied Domecq plc, Brambles Industries Limited to name a few and was instrumental in transforming HR into a global function in his roles. He holds a Master of Arts degree (French) from Aberdeen University
