Contentserv Appoints Maurice Taake as New Head of Services

Rohrbach/Ilm 28.02.2012: The software manufacturer Contentserv is giving the responsibility of the Services Department to Maurice Taake who previously held management positions at Intershop, hybris and Day.

Maurice Taake has taken on the position as Head of Services at Contentserv, the provider of Enterprise Marketing Management Solutions. Maurice Taake has gathered 17 years of professional experience in the fields of internet, e-commerce and PIM. During this time, he worked as a consultant, program/project leader and manager for training & support and assisted many companies in the development of their operational processes. With his wide-ranging and soundly based knowledge, Maurice Taake is ideally suited to facilitate the continued development of the Services Department.

In recent years, Maurice Taake has worked in various project roles, often on the customer side. He has implemented PIM and e-commerce projects at Nestlé, Conrad Elektronik, Neckermann, Grundfos, hansgrohe and Bobcat.

His professional career began in 1985 when he worked freelance in the hardware development field. As technical managing director of intraREGIO GmbH in 1995 he laid the foundation for his competent knowledge of e-commerce and PIM. He then took on management positions at Intershop AG, Day Software AG, Frontline GmbH and hybris GmbH. Subsequently, he assumed various consultancy positions as well as working freelance.

As Head of Services at Contentserv, Maurice Taake will be responsible for the full spectrum of services, including presales, training, consulting and implementation for new customers.

For Maurice Taake this new position is the ideal combination of his professional experience in all areas of professional and customer-orientated services. In line with his slogan “empower people to work”, his objective is to provide people with an environment in which they can be successful.

The out-going Director of Implementation & Support, Elmar Rzany, places the established Services Department in competent hands in order to pursue new challenges within Contentserv. Based on his vast wealth of experience and his expert knowledge of Contentserv’s projects and customers, Elmar Rzany is to establish and lead the new Customer Service Department. With these new positions Contentserv aim to provide the best possible support to their customers.
