Specific Application of 40Cr Seamless Steel Pipe in Bridge Engineering

40Cr seamless steel pipe, also known as galvanized steel pipe, is divided into two types: hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized. The hot-dip galvanized layer is thick and has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. The cost of electro-galvanizing is low, the surface is not very smooth, and its corrosion resistance is much worse than that of hot 40cr seamless steel pipe. 40cr seamless steel pipe used in bridge engineering has low damage rate and safe and reliable operation. Galvanized steel pipes are divided into cold-dip galvanized pipes and hot-dip galvanized pipes. The former has been banned, and the latter is also promoted by the state.

40Cr seamless steel pipe adopts sulphate electroplating zinc-iron alloy technology, which is that the groove and the groove are perforated directly without any solution being carried out or overflow. Each process in the production process is composed of a circulating system. Each tank solution, namely acid-base solution, electroplating solution, light emitting and passivation solution, etc., is only recycled and used without leakage or discharge to the outside of the system. Only 5 cleaning tanks are set up, and recycling is adopted. Use regular discharge, especially the production process without waste water that is not cleaned after passivation.

The electroplated copper wire of 40Cr seamless steel pipe is the same as continuous electroplating, but the plating equipment is different. The plating tank is designed for the iron wire with its slender strip shape. The tank body is long and wide but shallow. During electroplating, the iron wire penetrates through the hole and spreads out on the liquid surface in a straight line, keeping the mutual distance. The 40Cr seamless steel pipe is different from the iron wire. It has its unique features and the groove equipment is more complicated. The tank body is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper part is the plating tank, and the lower part is the solution circulation storage tank, forming a trapezoid-like tank with a narrow top and a wide bottom. The plating tank is equipped with a 40cr seamless steel pipe electroplating operation channel. The bottom of the tank has two through holes and the lower part. The storage tank communicates with the submerged pump to form a plating solution recycling system.

Therefore, the 40Cr seamless steel pipe is the same as the iron wire electroplating, the plating parts are dynamic, and different from the iron wire electroplating, the plating solution of the 40Cr seamless steel pipe is also dynamic.
