CAMP COUTURE NY|LA LAUNCHES CELEBRITY MASTER MENTOR VIRTUAL TRAININGS FOR MAKEUP ARTISTS DURING PANDEMIC

Tuesday, August 11, 2020 (LOS ANGELES) -- Fashion and beauty mentorship program Camp Couture NY|LA has pivoted during the coronavirus pandemic to launch a series of newly revamped virtual on-demand Celebrity Master Mentor trainings for aspiring makeup artists. The one-on-one training sessions provide expert level instruction on specific makeup artistry techniques to develop talent around the globe. Sessions are now available to be booked online at campcouturenyla.com and students will be assigned an Artist Mentor to conduct the one-on-one course using video conferencing.

Virtual Celebrity Master Mentor training allows beginners and ambitious artists to zero in on specialized tactics such as “The Perfect Brow,” “Perfect Skin,” “Masculine Makeup,” “Iconic Decades – 70s, 80s or 90s” and “Pop Icon.” These intensive 45-90-minute sessions allow for mentees and aspiring artists to receive professional feedback from an experienced industry professional that can help to boost their clientele and catapult their career. Continuing participants can submit an application to take part in a two-day, on-location “Level Up” Artist Session set to take place during Spring 2021 in sunny Hollywood, CA. The “Level Up” sessions are sponsored by major brands and give new artists the opportunity to contribute to brand campaigns that will add valuable industry credits to their resume.

International Makeup Artist and Mentor, Troy Edwards understands that Beauty is much more than any "box" it may be packaged in. CAMP COUTURE NY|LA STORY

Camp Couture NY | LA was originally founded in NYC in 2011 as Camp Couture NYC by former Celebrity Hairstylist, Tye Coe. Painstakingly choosing to close her salons during the 2008 recession, Tye headed to New York City to continue her career in fashion and beauty. She began managing several model and artist apartments in Manhattan, around the same year Airbnb made their debut in the city. Over the course of the first year, she noticed so many aspiring artists and models fall victim to the pitfalls of having no guidance in an industry that often preys on hopeful artists. Coe established a Fashion and Beauty Industry Artist & Model Council to assist in guiding these young fashion and beauty talent away from scams, false promises, addiction and constant rejection, and into a structured setting of established mentoring artists that came to NYC and actually did "Make it Big". Designed for Artists by Artists, Camp Couture NY | LA is exposing the secrets behind making it in the industry and provides practical guidance for artists and models committed to LEVELING UP!
