Optician-On-Demand from Complete Eye Safety

Optician-On-Demand from Complete Eye Safety

Complete Eye Safety, addressing the needs of corporations nationwide during the COVID-19 pandemic, announces the launch of Optician-On-Demand a new safe way for workers to meet from anywhere, virtually, with an optician for fittings and ordering of prescription safety eyewear.
Optician-On-Demand provides visits with an optician online in real time without the need to leave home or the workspace. Users can select the day and time of their virtual appointment. Complete Eye Safety’s online technology provides an exact fitting and is private, safe, especially in the current COVID-19 environment, convenient and professional.
Each session includes a review and assessment of the employee’s prescription. Proper frame choice recommendations are made based on the company’s program policy. Screenshots are taken with the employee wearing their selected frame. The optician will take all necessary ophthalmic measurements, fill out the form and process the order.
All eyewear is created by the CES Lab and is based on a pre-adjustment frame guide. When the finished safety eyewear arrives, the employee will be properly measured and eyewear will be professionally adjusted for immediate use.
“Optician-On-Demand is the easiest, safest and most convenient way to get fitted for prescription safety eyewear. During the current pandemic and limitations posed by the coronavirus, workers still need occupational prescription eyewear to do their jobs. Our technology enables a user to get properly fitted online with one of our highly skilled and experienced occupational opticians. There is no need to visit an eyewear store or even risk contact with a local eye doctor. It is an exclusive offering of Complete Eye Safety and a real benefit for any business or worker,” said John Stewart, Vice-President and Partner.
