RED CIRCLE ON TARGET FOR GLOBAL EXPANSION WITH RECENT APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD

Red Circle Technologies has appointed a new member to the mobile content providers Board of Directors. Trevor Healy, will be advising the company on its global expansion plans following Red Circle’s recent entry into the Australian market publicised earlier this year. In his role as non-executive Board Director Healy will also be involved in more general corporate issues including strategic planning, marketing and corporate financing.

Trevor Healy is currently CEO at Jajah, a leading innovator in global telephony. A successful entrepreneur and Nasdaq 100 Executive, Healy brings an array of early stage skills and public company knowledge to his new role. He has participated in three M&A exits, completed an IPO and Secondary Offering and has developed the business units of two large public entities. In addition, Healy has held the positions of VP of Sales at PayPal and VP at VeriSign where he was General Manager of the Electronic Commerce Group, which processed mobile and ecommerce transactions for retailers, mobile operators and consumers. Healy was also involved in the launch of the VeriSign Seal and led the growth of the business for three years before its eventual sale to eBay in 2005.

Formerly, Healy held other senior roles at Trintech Group PLC (EVP), CelNX (co-founder), Kindle and Misys.
