ThinkMarketing Introduce Recycling To Their Edinburgh Office!

Press release from: Think Marketing Edinburgh

ThinkMarketing has always been keen to reconsider and reduce their impact upon the environment. All correspondence carried out by the company is paperless and encourages others to 'think before they print'. However, they are keen to do more and this month have begun working with an Edinburgh City Council approved recycling company to start recycling responsibly. As with many businesses, waste in general and paper in particular is frequently disposed of and so ThinkMarketing are proud to announce their efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle to protect such resources.

Recycling is a much-discussed topic in today's world. People are encouraged to recycle in their own homes but local businesses also have a responsibility to ensure that they are contributing to this effort, particularly as they operate on a larger scale. As is explained at www.recyclenow.com, 'recycling helps conserve important raw materials and protects natural habitats for the future'. Businesses based in Edinburgh, such as ThinkMarketing, are lucky enough not to have to go far to appreciate the the many beautiful scenic areas in Scotland and it is important to preserve these for future generations. Recycling waste is a small but significant step towards this aim.

Recycling also has many other benefits which local businesses can appreciate, including these:

• Recycling materials requires less energy than producing new products from raw materials
• Recycling reduces the amount of rubbish sent to unsightly landfill sites
• Recycling reduces greenhouse gas emissions

ThinkMarketing joins this campaign at an exciting time for recycling in Edinburgh. In September 2011, the City of Edinburgh Council launched a number of recycling incentive schemes to thank those who already do and encourage those who do not, with the slogan 'go green to win'.

ThinkMarketing would like to join the Council in encouraging others to reduce, reuse and recycle!
