In San Francisco, even though we are fortunate to have a limited number of COVID-19 cases, we are still proceeding with much caution. We have implemented strict protocols to deliver the highest level of safety and hygiene. We are also providing services via HIPAA compliant teledentistry for remote consulting, from the comfort of your home. We need your cooperation as our schedules and office flow may change to accommodate all the precautionary measures. "Safety of our staff and all the patients is our priority now. • Both patients and staff are required to wear masks unless asked to take them off by Dr. Ali during the appointment.

• We are limiting each patient's exposure to staff (check-in, medical assists, APPs, schedulers, x-ray techs, etc.)
• We are also implementing strategic barrier placement, enhanced air filtration, and safe UV light decontamination.
• We have implemented a routine screening protocol to minimize the chance of having anyone in the office with COVID-19 symptoms.
• We will gather information through as many contactless ways as possible and will establish handwashing protocols for everyone.
• Our staff will be strictly following ADA guidelines in wearing full PPE, designed to keep you and our team safe and protected.
• We will be using HIPAA compliant teledentistry technology whenever possible to facilitate your appointment from the comfort of your home.
