Above & Beyond Diversity Certification Training Programs

Above & Beyond Diversity Certification Training Programs

YORKVILLE, IL. May 30, 2020

Racial Identity/Race Talk (TM) America Ltd., has launched a self-guided, anti-racism educational campaign, which is designed to continue the process of having individuals facilitate growth and evolutionary change in spaces where they work and play with others every day. Shaping minds and influencing positive behavior are a lifelong phenomenon that will affect change in this country for years, perhaps centuries.

Race Talk (TM) is not a diversity training program, we go above and beyond coursework in diversity and instead of striving to certify one individual in this area, our target is the everyday common man who can bring change to individuals around them on a daily basis by learning how to have mindful communication and talk to strangers with compassion.

We have developed 72* cards (5” x 7”) that begin to fulfill a discipline of racial and social awareness, by signifying some of the most common social issues in our society today. The 72-card box program is an annotated summary of books from some of the most prominent leaders in the fields of sociology, psychology, humanities and other traditional academic studies. Each card includes a graphic or photo, definition of each concept, statements, and questions for the active participants in attendance.

Race Talk (TM) Cards are available for purchase at a corporate rate for $499. The corporate rate is currently on sale for $499 per box, while the original price is $599.00. The Public Institutions and Civic sale price is $399.00, with the regular price being $499.00. Both sales end on July 31st, 2020. This content-rich program is comparable to (3.0 credit hrs.) 8.5 semester length college/university classes.

Each topic, with full participation of the group, would exceed an hour and perhaps carry over to another session. This program is about engaging in “mindful discussion” about racial, social and political issues that reflect the challenges in our lives today.

Race Talk (TM) goes above and beyond Diversity Certification Programs, as the devised steps to create [Grow. Evolve. Change.] are encapsulated around the hearts and minds of the individuals who are part of your corporation, organization or club.

HUMAN RESOURCES. ACTIVISTS. ADVOCATES FOR RACIAL AND SOCIAL JUSTICE

Do you know anyone who is interested in becoming an anti-racism advocate?
