Romney to Make NH Primary Campaign Stop at Gilchrist Metal Fabricating Company
Hudson – On Monday January 9th, Gilchrist Metal Fabricating Company will welcome Mitt Romney to its manufacturing facility as he makes his final push before the New Hampshire primary scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 10th.In late 2011, the company also played host to Jon Huntsman, former Utah governor and Chinese ambassador who spoke at length about the importance of the manufacturing industry, American jobs, and the necessity for “’made in America’ to mean something again”. GMFCO President Jack Gilchrist expects Romney’s visit to echo a similar theme.
As he emerged from the Iowa Primary with an 8-vote lead over Rick Santorum and Ron Paul coming in a close third, Gilchrist recognizes the importance of Romney’s opportunity to speak to the many concerns of New Hampshire voters.
“We’re excited for the opportunity to host Governor Romney on Monday. In the spirit of democracy, GMFCO is honored to help voters make an informed decision.”
