Press release from: Milk Delivery System

MDS Milk Delivery System

MDS Milk Delivery System

London 18th May 2020
A UK software company specialising in the delivery of milk and dairy products have come to the aid of UK milkmen by bringing forward its product release by 3 months due to the current pandemic.

Overwhelmed milkmen and dairies delivering products under the current coronavirus pandemic are now assisted by milkdeliverysystem.com unique software that allows customers to order, adjust and set up a regular standing order online and take complete control of their account.

The system has been developed over an 18 month period and was due to be released in July /August of 2020 but programmers have worked over time to bring the software earlier to market after constant demand by milkmen.

The new software system changes the way that milkmen and dairies work. Instead of using hand written milkman books and knocking on doors to collect payment (which both methods have been used traditionally for over 80 years or more) it allows milkmen to use a handheld device with up to the minute data showing what needs delivering quickly and instantly, where the milkmen can add holiday breaks, payments and more all connected to a main system in the cloud that is used with the dairy office.

Paul Jenkins director of the company said "... It has taken us over 20 months to write this system even going out with milkmen at night to find their exact requirements to bring this industry into the 21st century, we are highly deleted of its success and our feedback from milkmen has been outstanding"

Lewis Mcdermott an East London Milkman says "...Working 6 days a week I was doing over 6 hours of bookwork every Sunday and not seeing my family, all that is now a thing of the past, it takes me seconds to adjust orders, payments are easier, my round is quicker, I know longer need to write out hundreds of bills each week as I just print them instantly, it's a huge game changer for me "
